- General Guide
- The entrance fee for STRAND pool can be paid at the pool's reception.
- Re-entry is possible on the day of entry if the guest has the entrance band issued when entering the swimming pool.
(Please check the Operation & Charges tab of each SEASON for detailed information since the operating hours for each season are different.)
- The Strand is open 365 days even during rain or snow. (However, entry and use of swimming pool may be restricted if the weather conditions worsen due to, for example, heavy rain or typhoon.)
- Admission charges are not refundable if the swimming pool operates normally in case of rain.
- Exceeding the appropriate number of pool users may cause waiting time or limited admission for comfortable and safe use.
- Personal equipment including snorkeling equipment, beach balls, tubes with a diameter of more than 1 meter, etc. are not allowed.
- Guests have to wear swimsuits to maintain a pleasant facility. Shirts, shorts, sneakers, shoes, and slippers for rooms maybe restricted. (Sandals, aqua shoes or barefoot access only)
- It is not possible to bring other foods except for baby’s meals. (Luft the Bar available)
- It is not possible to visit and take photos of the Strand except for pool users.
- In consideration of other members, Please refrain from taking photos and using mobile phones.
- Shooting for any commercial use are not admitted.
- An entrance coupon is available before Check-in at front office. (WHITE Season and Weekend are excluded)
- Sitting down on the railing and diving are prohibited at the pool.
- The stroller Is not available.
- The personal speaker Is not available.

- Guide for Accompanying Infants and Children
- Children under the age of 13 (sixth grade) must be accompanied by a guardian to enter.
- Infant (Less than 36 months on entry) is free.
- For infants (Less than 36 moths on entry), only 1 infant per adult may be admitted free of charge, and must wear a waterproof diaper. (Waterproof diapers can be purchased on-site)

- Rental & Sales Supplies
- Rental Supplies (Free) : swimming pool robe (1 robe for 1 person), life jackets for infants and children, swimming board, helper, towel (1 sheet for 1 person) * Children can rent an additional beach towel instead of a swimming pool robe.
- Sales Supplies : waterproof diapers, swimwear, water goggles, infant tubes (available at the information desk in the swimming pool)
